This is the most skilled and professional masseuse I have ever had. I had knee replacement surgery 7 months ago and this was my first massage since… It was unbelievable wonderful. Khalil provides amazing massages based on your concerns and health issues. I have been going to him for 3+ years now and I plan to continue to do so. He gives full 90 minutes massage sometime little more if he doesn't have immediate next appointment but never less like other places do on time. You can't go wrong with massages with Khalil. I have been going to him for about roughly two years now. He does really good job massaging and focusing on the problem areas. Also he never cuts corner on time so you will get a full 90-minute massage when you are there for 90 minutes session.

If you have ever had the "lay back and relax" massage that so many masseurs/masseuses offer, you are in for a BIG surprise with Khalil....!
Imagine a former marine, one who does 50 mile cross country treks with heavy pack on his back, and comes back for more!
He brings this strength and exuberance to the 90-minute that I had today. For me, gone are the days of sleeping through a massage. Khalil stretches body parts you did not think could stretch, works every joint with the exuberant energy reminiscent of a Roman Gladiator.
For a guy who describes himself as "stature impaired," (thus Lil in the title), you must expect to be aware of every manipulation. You will feel it, trust me.
As a physician, I wholly recommend this powerful fellow. But if you are feint of heart, well, you get the idea!

Khalil had an approach that I’ve never experienced before, akin to visiting a therapist’s office. Not only did he educate me on what I should always expect from a massage, he also addressed many of its intricacies and tailored his treatment specifically to what my body needed not simply what I wanted. Khalil took the much-appreciated time to examine my muscles, joints, and took me through a series of stretching exercises in order to identify areas where I may be experiencing mobility concerns or possibly experiencing pain. Through his thoughtful holistic approach, he was able to identify and recognize trouble spots that were often overlooked or neglected by other masseuses. For me, one key sign of a great massage is how long the effect will last. Well, never have I had a massage where I was still feeling euphoric for almost 48 hours. When I returned to my extremely demanding job, one of my colleagues commented, “What happened to you, you’re never this relaxed this early in the morning”, all I can say is, Thanks Khalil, best 90-minute vacation I ever had, you Have ruined me for all other masseuses.

In a nutshell. I came via Groupon and was treated like someone who came from Groupon. A few things that I didn't like. There was no "welcome counter", his attitude towards me was "since you came via Groupon, you'll get what I think you need", the room had a intermittent air conditioner, Khalil had a intermittent cough, the walls are so think you could her other conversations in other rooms and he played upbeat tempo music which all affected the peace and quiet that you'd expect from a massage. I felt like I was in the middle of NYC and the customer service was very lackluster. I do believe that maybe under other circumstances, i.e,, if you paid FULL price, you would have a better experience. He feels like he's losing money and wasting time with people who came via Groupon and he treats you as such.

Khalil is very knowledgeable about his profession. Fair warning, this is not a pleasure massage by any means. I went into this hoping that my extremely tight body would be released a bit and I would not have as much pain when I left. That's exactly what I got. His method is very thorough and he has extremely strong hands. I won't lie, it hurts, but it feels AMAZING when you are done. Khalil taught me things about my muscles that I would have never known, and hadn't ever even heard of. He explains everything in great detail so you know what is happening. Some reviews said he wasn't "friendly" or was "blunt" but I didn't have that same experience at all, in fact it was quite the opposite. I'll be back!!!

Khalil clearly knows his way around the human body. His technique is painful at times, but the pain lasts only a moment. Overall, this was not a painful or unpleasant experience at all! It was relaxing, soothing, and the facilities are nice. Clean, quiet, with soft lighting. I was nervous about going as I’ve never heard of his practice before and he’s a solo provider (and I’m a slender young lady), so he allowed my boyfriend to sit quietly in a chair in the corner reading. Khalil’s verbal communication is a bit sparse and awkward, so expect his technique to speak for itself (AND IT WILL!). I trust him enough to go alone next time and I think I will return often.

I bought two massages at once, and I think they have been the most beneficial massages I have ever received. He doesn't just rub your back to make you feel good, but helps your body loosen first with stretches and strategic moves. I used to pay twice as much to go to Bowen therapy, but this seems to combine that method with massage and is even more enjoyable. Khalil is very nice and seems to know the human body extremely well. I would absolutely give his technique 5 stars!
The ambiance is nothing special but there is nothing too distracting other than the thin walls of the location, but the music helps cover that up. His massage table is heated which is AMAZING and helps your body relax even more.
I would highly suggest this to everyone I know, especially if you need more of the therapy side, and will absolutely be going back soon!

I must admit that I usually like to focus on certain stressful areas but today I allowed him to do his process. I am a cancer, fibromyalgia, and chiari patient, and lately I have been under some extreme stress. So basically my body is always a hot mess! I felt like death walking in but walked out feeling alive again. In all my days I've never had a therapist maneuver things and my back and neck no longer hurts without spending extra time on it. As anal as I usually am I got up and was like .... wish he had spent more time on my neck! Then I moved my neck and back and was like.... hold up!!! The pain is almost gone!!!! Lol I don't know what kinda voodoo you do but I'll be back! ???????????? keep putting that hex on me. Trust the process people! This is coming from a woman that very rarely EVER does a review unless it's negative and I just want to vent. He's super friendly and made me smile. Khalid is an excellent massage therapist. As someone who has had massages in many different places of the world, I was looking for someone who has the knowledge and skill of a top quality therapist. I have bounced around the beltway looking for what I know a good therapeutic massage should be. I believe I found it at Khalil's office. I will be scheduling many more appointments. Time went by so fast because I was in some heightened, euphoric state. The massage itself was good if slightly painful, but my main take away was how light and peaceful I felt afterwards. I suffer from depression and anxiety and wanted this massage for self care, mentally and physically (I weight lift), and found more than my spirits were lifted. Massage really kneads out stored emotions! I drank a lot of water and was so intensely tired afterward, but I feel very refreshed. Will come back!

Should invest in light cancellation shades to keep the room darker. Would also like to see solid color sheet sets on the table to enhance the professional feel. It looks like some bedding from someone's home.

-Sheets on the table did not fit, sliding every time you moved.
-No ambiance at all upon entering the room.
-Music during the massage did not give you a feel to relax though... it was slow music
-After the massage I felt like someone just rubbed lotion all over me which feels good but not the same feel as a professional therapeutic massage.
PS: You can get your wife, husband, girlfriend or boyfriend to rub lotion on you for free.

I found my experience to be wonderful. I found the massage to help aid me with my chronic neck and shoulder pain. My muscle in my rotator cuff feels much better. Khalil was extremely professional and waiting area smelled amazing with essentail oils.
