The Herbal Compress is used traditionally in Thailand for muscle pain, inflammation and detoxification. Since they are made with dried herbs they have a firmer texture and work really well for providing a massage as well a heat therapy. Made with organically grown herbs and hand made in Thailand. This massage incorporates the following techniques; acupressure, compressions, lomi lomi, thai stretching as well as the gentle rolling of the thai compresses along the meridian lines of the body.

My desire to become a massage therapist was sparked in my late teens when I began seeing RMTs to help with migraines I had been plagued with for years. Not only did it help, but I was so easily hooked after my first massage! After a few years of pondering, I decided it would be a great career as I love to keep moving as well as being around and helping people feel great.
In February 2012, I completed a 1200 hour certificate in Massage Therapy at AIM in Red Deer AB. In that first year, I learned fundamental swedish and therapeutic techniques to treat a variety of common musculo-skeletal conditions.
In order to meet the remodelling of the massage therapy requirements, I completed another 1000 hours in 2014 through the Turner Institute Of Orthopedic Massage. Through the Turner Institute, I learned advanced techniques often used by osteopaths, as well as neuromuscular techniques.
I use all of the knowledge that I have acquired over the years to tailor my massage to the individual person. Each massage is focused, dynamic and healing.
