I had the most amazing facial with Lanais. She communicated all steps in the facial and always made sure that I was comfortable. My skin was so soft and clean once I left, I'll definitely be booking with her again soon!

Went through the motions to be friendly and professional, but felt like she was just doing a task that had to be done. Appreciated that the therapist was gentle in a sensitive area I mentioned, but other times it seemed like she was angry? Especially toward the end seemed like she was just trying to get the whole thing over with. I have enjoyed many massages here in the past. I will give it another go, but I was definitely surprised by this not great experience.
