Kristia has studied CranioSacral Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Advanced Energy Healing, and Microcurrent Point Stimulation (MPS Therapy). As well as being a Reiki Master, Certified Massage Cupping Practitioner, she is also a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner. She will design a treatment plan that will work best for your needs, and be able to recognize and change that treatment plan if at any time it is no longer serving you.
