It is my job as a massage therapist and Reiki practitioner to hold space and create an environment ideal for your journey towards wellness.  I address physical and energetic issues, gently ushering your body toward its own natural healing abilities.  I integrate several Western and Eastern modalities, including Swedish massage, clinical aromatherapy, pulsing and rebalancing, foot and hand reflexology, acupressure, and Usui Reiki.

I completed Reiki training in November 2017, and finished my clinical education from Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School in November 2019.  I became a licensed massage therapist in Mach 2020.


In my free time, I enjoy backpacking with my husband and dog, and binge watching skoolie builds on YouTube while living in my tiny home.

She listened to my concerns and targeted those areas. She asked how the level of pressure was and then for troubled areas asked if I was ok and if she could go deeper with the pressure to relieve those spots. She wanted me to receive the treatment that I wanted and needed. Very good job!
