Welcome! STL Wellness Massage is a local practice run by me--Courtney. I have been working as a Licensed Massage Therapist since I was 19 years old after graduating from The Healing Arts Center here in St Louis.

My life purpose is to give therapeutic, customized massages to relieve stress, promote circulation, relax your muscles, hit some pressure points and leave you feeling great. Integrated, Therapeutic massage is a combination of approaches mixed together in order to provide you with the best possible massage. Some of my common techniques include Trigger Point / Acupressure, Myofascial Release, Vibration / Sports Massage, Therapeutic Touch, and Swedish Massage. Pressures vary from light to firm/deeper

Welcome! My name is Courtney and I have been working as a Licensed Massage Therapist since I was 19 years old after graduating from The Healing Arts Center, here in St Louis.
My life purpose is to give therapeutic, customized massages to relieve stress, promote circulation, relax your muscles, hit some pressure points and leave you feeling great. Your personal wellness (physically, mentally, and emotionally) is greatly benefited when you commit to receiving regular massages—plus it’s an enjoyable experience anyway!

The massage style I give varies from client to client depending on their needs but I tend to lean towards more of a detailed but relaxing approach, with anywhere from light to a firm-deeper pressure. My technique generally relies on problem muscles and working out the knots by targeting pressure points so that your body can feel rejuvenated and relaxed. I also employ myofascial release, vibration or sports massage when needed. My areas of specialty are the neck/shoulders, hip joints, and feet.
You can be sure that you will receive a personalized session with a focus on your individual problem areas.
