Jennifer Tollefsrud is amazing!!!! I can’t say enough about how wonderful I felt after my massage. Before even meeting her, she was so accommodating for me, by rearranging her schedule to get me in. The office is dimly lit and smelled good with relaxing music which created a calm and relaxing environment. The table was very comfortable and just the right temperature. Jennifer was very professional and friendly. I preferred this kind of setting over the commercial chains. Jennifer listened to my problem areas and focused on those mainly, but she also found other area that have also bee problematic over the years.

Joey is professional, has a sense of humor, and is amazing to work with. I was in a car accident and was referred to Juniper Tree by my chiropractor. In the first session, Joey was able to eliminate most of the inflammation that had caused me to lose range of motion with my back and was causing lasting pain. its a very nice place to visit. My only real issue is that Sarah wasn't wearing a mask to protect me from any possible Covid-19 issues. I wore mine the whole time out of respect to Sarah and her safety. I was pretty disappointed and surprised that a Health and Wellness worker wasn't wearing one. I mostly blame Juniper Tree for not having a policy that would require wearing a mask for the safety of their employees and clients. Especially with having such close contact in a closed in space for periods of up to an hour or more. I understand we all need to work and it's not fun to wear a mask. Getting sick or dying isn't fun either. I don't appreciate the company putting me in an awkward and compromising position simply cause I'm in pain and seek help.

I’m shocked that during a worldwide pandemic a professional establishment would encourage you to still come when you are sick, and penalize you for not coming. Seems equally unethical to risk exposing the staff and other clients to your illness or to charge you for it.
