I am a Massage Therapist who is ABMP certified and has completed the 500 hour Massage Therapy Certification Program at Chico Therapy Wellness Center.
Along with Swedish techniques, I specialize in Myofascial Release, Sports/ Injury Massage, Ashiatsu, and Table Thai (Thai massage that is performed on the massage table vs. the traditional mat on the floor). My sessions are always customized to each clients individual needs and goals and can range from complete relaxation, to therapeutic or a combination of the two.

I have known Jen for some time and have always found her to be very professional and thorough. I recently suffered a shoulder injury and subsequent surgery. Jen’s treatment has aided in successful recovery. I highly recommend. Her studio is always clean and a joy to experience.

I started seeing Jen when she was in massage school. I've been seeing her since. She has many skills that make me keep going back to her such as her asiatsu and table Thai massage. Every time I feel so much better I wish I could see her more often. I can't wait till she becomes fluent in deep tissue as I love that style best fir my shoulder issues. Jenn's great!
