While we offer Relaxation Massage, we specialize in Therapeutic Massage. So what is Therapeutic Massage?
It is a session that focuses on your restrictions that cause pain, dysfunction and/or restricted range of motion. Like not being able to turn your head or lift your arm. These restrictions can be caused by repetitive motion like raking, shoveling or staying in the same position over a prolonged period of time like sitting at a desk or working over a computer or having surgery. It can also happen through trauma like a car accident, a fall or traumatic event.

We find the lines of tension or the holding pattern in the body and release it through Myofascial Release (MFR), CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and Trigger Point Therapy.

The Cranio & Massage Center is a relaxing and calming atmosphere. You are greeted as soon as you enter and immediately feel taken care of. I had no expectations just hope when I walked in the doors. I have been treating for over a month and since my massages have began I have not had a migraine.
