My clients range from anyone with chronic headaches to expectant mothers, injured athletes to desk job workers, and the like. I most commonly work with those who have hip and neck issues and all my clients have found my techniques to be effective. I believe massage is more than just a form of physical healing. It is a holistic approach to your overall health. In my sessions we will be looking at daily activities and stressors that play into your muscle tightness and making small changes in your life to prolong each treatment.
