Inspired by my grandmother’s holistic practice, I grew up watching how a thoughtful, caring touch could transform someone’s health. She taught me that healing is as much about listening as it is about technique. Today, I carry that legacy into every session, blending the wisdom passed down through generations with the clinical precision I’ve gained throughout my career.

I am an advanced Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) specializing in clinical post-operative recovery and therapeutic bodywork. Holding an elite 135-hour CLT certification with advanced training in professional bandaging, I am highly qualified to support clients through specialized post-surgical healing and lymphatic management.

In addition to my clinical expertise, I offer a wide range of traditional therapeutic massages and including Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Myofascial Release designed to relieve stress and ease chronic pain. I also incorporate my signature relaxation technique to soothe the nervous system and melt away deeper tension. Combining technical precision with a deeply caring approach, I create customized treatment plans that promote faster recovery, reduce swelling, and restore full-body harmony.

This was my first MLD massage, and I appreciated that Meerim explained what to expect. The massage was very relaxing yet refreshing. I felt light afterwards. The location is easy to find; the space is cozy and clean.

Exceptional. 10/10 rating and I've had many types of massages over the years to assign her my highest rating. My entire experience from setting up the appt (required some texts from me to decide if I wanted to use her services) to the actual massage. I felt extremely comfortable I was in knowledgeable hands. Meerim is trained in the gold standard The Vodder Method as well as the Foldi Method. Having had lymph node surgery related to cancer this was exactly the expertise I was looking for. I understand some massage therapists have a Lymphatic Certification, but her background was far more extensive. . I would compare it to when I took Yoga from a true Master. It's not like going to a health club and having yoga with someone who did a few weekends to get certified. (If that makes sense). My consult before the massage was very helpful in her understanding my specific goals and needs. My massage was lymphatic drainage with additional facial relief. She also added cupping. I left feeling very well cared for and hopeful my health will improve with continued massage. Her warm manner instantly put me at ease and I would easily say she is an amazing Healer.

Meerim is so sweet! She’s extremely professional and ensures I’m comfortable. I never want my appointment to end because I’m so relaxed during them. I also appreciate the red light therapy included with the lymphatic massage.

Meerim is a wonderful massage therapist. I am very picky with massage as I like deep tissue techniques that resolve major tension and she is great. I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and she knew how to handle that very well and helped me alleviate a bad sciatica pain. I strongly recommend her!

I had my first massage with her, and it was an amazing experience. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and truly knows what she is doing. I came in with a lot of muscle pain and tension, and after just one session I felt a huge improvement. She took the time to focus on the problem areas and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled massage therapist. I really enjoyed my deep tissue massage with Meerim. She was very professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. She knew exactly where I was holding tension and worked on those areas without me having to explain much. I left feeling so much better. Highly recommend her, and I’ll definitely be back!
