Swedish Massage

Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Deep Tissue

Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, however with a deep tissue massage, slow, firm pressure will be applied to release muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue.

TMJ massage

TMJ massage focuses treatment on the reduction of tension in the masticatory or chewing muscles. It helps eliminate trigger points felt in the muscle that refer pain and it helps release tension in the fascia tissue around the jaw. A combination of Swedish and Neuromuscular massage techniques are used during this massage along with intra-oral massage work.

Pre Natal massage is a therapeutic massage that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue.
