My massage with Michele was precisely what the doctor ordered. As a sufferer of chronic anxiety, soreness, stiffness and pain in my neck, shoulders and upper back can be severe. I felt an immediate difference. After some mild discomfort in my neck and shoulders, all the tightness began to lift and dissipate. I had an amazing night’s sleep for a change!!! I will absolutely continue my therapy with Michele to keep my symptoms managed improving my sleep quality and range of motion. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

Very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Michelle will talk with you if you want or will let you nap. She is extremely knowledgeable about muscle pain and tenderness. I always get relief from her. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I have set up weekly appointments with Michele to work on a shoulder injury. It is definitely helping. Our goal is work it out to once a month after we get the shoulder back to 100%. We do 30 minutes strictly shoulders & neck. Michele has amazing knowledge!
