Zen & Now MassageTherapy is not your run of the mill massage studio. Andrea Hilborn, LMT is the owner and also who will be working on you. She describes herself as an intuitive massage therapist. This means that you shouldn't expect a "cookie cutter" massage. She will find things that need "fixing" even if you didn't know they were broken.
With your input, Andrea ensures you get a massage that will help get you back on track. Whether it is a relaxing massage after a busy week or a therapeutic deep tissue massage after 5K, she has the skills and knowledge to "leave you better than she found you".
Andrea is trained in Swedish, Prenatal, Deep Tissue/Sports and Hot Stone Massages.
