My mobile massage service brings massage therapy to the comfort and privacy of your home or office. Rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit with a relaxing and healing massage. I'll use a range of massage techniques that improve circulation, relieve tension, improve digestion, and increase mental alertness. My massages not only benefit the body, they benefit the mind as well.

Prices are based on services in Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Portsmouth. (extra charges apply for travel to the peninsula or outside of a 25 mile radius of the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake)

Mobile Swedish Massage

Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to a general flowing technique designed to move blood and lymph and to relieve aching muscles while increasing relaxation and general well-being. Swedish Massage allows you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Polarity Therapy is based on principles drawn from Chiropractic and Osteopathic medicine, as well as the healing arts of China and India. This unique synthesis addresses the concept and experience of life energy as it manifests at physical, emotional, and mental levels. Polarity Therapy uses light touch and gentle rocking to help relax your muscles and align your body's energy with the intention of drawing the client’s awareness to the patterns of life energy that form the body/mind continuum.
