I was drawn to a career in massage as a way to help myself and others utilize a more natural way to relieve the stress and pains from everyday life and activities. I attended school at the Advanced Fuller School of Massage in Virginia Beach before moving with my family to Arkansas to start living our version of a natural life.
We strive for less stress and and better work/family balance by tending to our homestead and trying to live a more natural life that works for us. Your version of a natural life might be working in a corporate environment or finding adventures in the outdoors, teaching at a school or working with animals. Whatever your natural life is, I'm here to help you do it with less stress, less anxiety and most importantly, less pain.
Massage is a natural way to help so many ailments. I provide the following massages to help your mind and body back into its natural state:
Long stroke Swedish massage for relaxation, sports massage for the athlete or adventurer, pregnancy massage for the expectant mother, medical massage with focus on a specific ailment, hand and foot massage for those with achy joints, chair massage for those in need of a quick lunchtime or in-office massage, and senior massage specifically designed to focus on the needs of my more seasoned clients.
My studio is located in the Choctaw Center near the stop-light entrance to Cherokee Village. I am the third set of doors as you pull into the center.
