After many years of sitting at a desk, working in a fast-paced, and stressful environment, I have found what I truly love.  My goal is to be your calm in the storm of life.  I have learned that many individuals develop pain from poor posture and hours of sitting.  Throughout my study of massage, I have gained the knowledge and skills requires to relieve that stress and tension from your body.  It has become my passion to help mt clients achieve a peaceful and pain-free state.
