The venue is VERY confusing. I walked around in circles for 10 minutes with no one to ask for help. There is no directory or map, and when I arrived, no one at the front desk. It was very frustrating. Finally Elizabeth called me and told me where to go. It shouldn't be hard to find your therapist!

I was disappointed to start out with, as the therapist that was suppose to give my massage was sick at the last min. She works such few days that I would have to wait at least a month before getting to schedule with her again. So, the therapist the massage was not the one I signed up with. He had to come a little later which was okay, but he was bogged down with his own massages and had to do the one that was sick also.
