Sandra is a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist specializing in structural bodywork. Along with providing a clinical approach to massage, Sandra spends time teaching her clients how to change the habits of daily activity that produce many of the aches and pains experienced. This was my first session with Sandra who came highly recommended. I fractured two vertebrae in October and had my brace off at the end of January but have been dealing with a lot of pain in the break area as well as some internal issues from organ damage at impact. From the time I walked into the calm and comforting treatment room to the time I walked out the door, Sandra's professionalism and skill were apparent. She listened to me, assessed my needs and addressed them. The biggest result was that the big knot in my back near the break site that has caused me pain 24/7 is gone! I will definitely be back!
