I have worked in many different settings and took diverse classes to keep my knowledge on the cutting edge of my field. Always looking for natural way for healing. I have always had a strong desire to learn more about holistic medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, nutrition, and chiropractic. Due to my own illness and food allergies that began in my early 20’s I learned that to look at the body in pieces is not the way to health. It is a mind body spirit all-encompassing approach is the path to true health and wellness. Please join me on my personal journey of health discovery and wellness. amtaI have been a member of the American Massage Therapy Association since 2005.
