Ty did an amazing job of working on sore spots and “knots” in my back and shoulder areas. Listened to my needs and followed through with a perfect blend of strong hands with just the right amount of pressure.

Very positive! Ty has an intuitive touch and an informed response to what he senses. I didn’t realize I was carrying my stress so noticeably, but after 90 minutes…I still had it, but it wasn’t in my shoulders. It was in my hands and in my head where I could manage it better! I interrupted him in the midst of a move, so the ambiance was not 100%, but not Ty’s fault.

Ty is one of the best massage therapists I have used. I have do the stretch + massage sessions and find them to be a great combination that leaves me feeling free, flexible, and relaxed.
I have a strong history in sports and find that Ty leverages alot of the deep stretch and movement philosophies I have experienced with physical therapists. His approach provides deep and lasting relief to issues and he finds and corrects alignment and muscle problems that I didn't know I had. He listens to areas of concern and reads my body to identify the underlying causes that may be driving the pain/tightness in that particular area.
