My studio is located in a private studio behind my house where I offer private yoga and massage therapy. When you schedule a session, I will send you an email with details of how to get to Bloom.
After spending my young life being a massage therapist (without knowing it) and dancer, I went on to instruct dance to children for 10 years after attending college in Columbia, Missouri. I then moved to San Francisco and studied my 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga training with Anna Hughes, Restorative Yoga with Judith Lasater, and 300 hours with Nubia Teixeira. After a move to Charlotte, I completed the 500 hour program at North Carolina School for Advanced Bodywork where I learned the clinical approach to massage therapy by my teacher, David Phillips.
If you need to cancel a session, please let me know 24 hours in advance.
