Oncology Massage Therapy

Oncology massage incorporates a variety of techniques to address the side effects of cancer treatments. This can range from physical discomforts to insomnia, anxiety and depression, general fatigue, and so much more. Oncology sessions are not deep tissue! Prenatal Massage Therapy

Prenatal-specific techniques can reduce pregnancy discomforts and concerns and enhance the physiological and emotional well-being of both mother and fetus. This massage session is performed with the mother laying on her side with pillows for comfort. Women who have recently experienced bleeding, pre-term contractions, or are at high risk should speak with their doctor prior to receiving a massage.

Jane was wonderful as usual! I walked in with tight and sore muscles and was surprised she was able to address both my legs and back/shoulders in one 60 minute session. I also appreciate that when I ask a question (like "what is that spot you're working on right now because it is super sore?") she takes the time to explain how certain muscles connect so I can better understand my sore/tightness and maybe avoid it in the future by doing proper stretches.
