With 14 years experience as a massage therapist and personal trainer, Tonia enjoys providing her clients with personalized bodywork and energy therapies. Modalities available include: relaxation, deep tissue, sports massage, prenatal, and hot stone therapy. Tonia is state licensed in Massage Therapy & Bodywork, Board certified as an education provider through NCBTMB, and currently is a teacher of bodywork at Cortiva Institute.  She also holds a certification as a Personal Trainer with ISSA, attended Joliet Junior College studying natural sciences, and education at Northern Illinois University.
While having fun raising four children, she also loves to run, work in her garden, and listen to music.  She finds peace camping near water or mountains, and still finds time to play the piano, hand drums and guitar.
