I enjoyed my 1 hour massage very much. I felt Claudia has a good touch, great pressure. All areas I requested were worked on just how I wanted it. I left the session completely relaxed and grateful for my gift.
However, while I enjoyed the massage session and the occasional conversation, I cannot say the same for the overall ambiance of the office. The bathroom was not cleaned, I visited the restroom before we began the massage and the dirty toilet, and other surface areas did not make a good impression. Then, the carpet in the room where I had the massage had stains on it. Not professional if half the time you're face down on a massage table and open your eyes and see a dirty carpet. Of course, I know I could have closed my eyes, and I did every now and then because I was relaxed, but should I have had to just to avoid looking at a dirty carpet? No. The linens on the massage table were clean. That I can say was certainly a good thing.
I feel that if the purpose of your business is to promote relaxation and overall well being, you should also make sure your entire office space is also clean and inviting.

After having not gotten a therapeutic massage for some time, I felt it might take several sessions for me to notice a difference in how my body felt. My muscles and ligaments tend to be much tighter than the average person so I am told. I gave her specific areas to work on and rather than spend more time on those areas, she divided the time equally with areas I did not request her to work on.

She seemed upset that i was late ... i guess getting paid to do nothing upsets some people. The massage was for my hip but she had her own plan. She was the weakest massage therapist i've ever had and at the end she was using one finger to massage my shoulders. This was a joke ... There's got to be a better way and i'm going to find it .
