Customized Massage

Ease muscle tension, help your stress, slip into a calm state of relaxation or stimulate your muscles with lengthening techniques. Depending on your preferred duration you'll receive anything from specific focus work to a full body. Please choose a longer season if you have multiple areas of discomfort. 30-minute treatments only provide enough time for 1 small focus are. Where-as, 120-minute treatments allow time for multiple focus areas, stretching, and full-body attention.
