Indulge yourself with a visit to the Spa at the I! Open to hotel guests and local clientele, enjoy a much-needed deep tissue massage, a calming full-body Swedish massage, or a luxurious hot stone massage. Don't let the fact that you aren't staying at the I-Hotel stop you from enjoying our Spa.  But if you are an I-Hotel guest, Guest Services will escort you down the private elevator should you wish to wear your guest robe to the Spa.

I went to see Helen for back pain, and it was virtually eliminated after my appointment. I regained nearly full range of movement immediately, and I was able to get back to full health within 24 hours by drinking lots of water and doing back stretching and cored strengthening exercises. Without Helen, I would have likely been out of commission for at least a week.

I was little shocked by the price I paid. I guess I should have asked. The technique used was different. I don't know if I liked or disliked it. Haven't really thought about it. I felt relaxed after it was completed. That's good. I appreciated the fact that there wasn't much talking outside of checking comfort levels. This is the first time I've had a full body massage.

Helen was amazing! She worked me into her schedule even though I was anew client. I was having extreme anxiety and close to a panic attack. I left my session feeling calm, grounded, and like I could breath for the first time in a long time. I will definitely be going back!
