I came in with a pain in my neck, spoke with Leanna regarding where the pain was and my recent activity level. She worked on my upper/ lower back and neck for an hour and a half. When Leanna was done my back was sore as if i had worked out. The next morning the neck pain was gone and my back is feeling really good!

I don't think there is a better professional in the business than Leanna. She understands how the body works, quickly identifies problem areas and is able to solve the issue. She is probably great for everyone but definitely outstanding for athletes. You won't find anyone better.

Leanna provides an individualized, custom experience. Sometimes I like to just zone out and enjoy the experience, sometimes I enjoy chatting - or a combination. She is very tuned in to whatever I need each time. She "checks-in" to make sure the pressure is good, and that she's addressing the issues. Generally, she finds knots and tightness that I was unaware of until she started working out all the kinks.
It is easy to relax and let go in this very private and soothing environment. I melt into the heated table and breathe in the customized lotion she uses with essential oils to meet my present state of mind/consciousness. I personally enjoy the CBD addition in the lotion, giving it an added dose of release from tightness and pain.
It is easy to schedule online - and pay online if you wish - or just as simple in person.
