About Us

My business is a private spa retreat with all services done personally by me! I book by appointment only. No walk-ins please.

I enjoy working with people. I have to give thanks to God for allowing me to use the skills in massage, skin care and nail care so I may be able to provide the best services for all my clients.

With massage, I can help alleviate pain and dysfunction while improving range of motion. With skin care, giving each person I work with to love their skin! Nail care to help take care of their feet as we use them so much in our daily lives. Eyelash extensions give my busy moms the look they want so they can feel glamorous any time, day or night.

What attracted you to a career in massage?
I love helping people out. I originally wanted to pursue a career as in sports medicine when I graduated high school, but that wasn't able to be fulfilled. When I married, I found out about massage therapy. When we moved to Colorado Springs I immediately enrolled in school and the rest is a career that has been very rewarding!
Which school did you attend and which certifications do you hold?

I was fortunate to work and learn from the instructors at The Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy. There I received my certification in Neuromuscular Therapy in 2004. I also have received certifications in Hot Stone and Deep Tissue. After my time at CIMT, I received certifications as a Certified Infant Massage Instructor, Medical Massage, Ashiatsu, Sports and Pre-natal, post-natal and labor massage. In 2008 I received my certification and licensure in Esthetics and 2013 in Nail Care. I also hold a certification in Eyelash Extensions which I obtained in 2008. In 2017 I received my degree in Radiology Technology and I am currently also working part-time as a Rad Tech with x-rays.
Where are you available to provide massage?
Frisco at my private office of My Little Retreat. I also work at Moments Retreat for the guests who stay there.

Michelle not only does a great massage but checks for your body being out of balance. She looks for root cause of the issues and works on that. The little touches are incredible, from warm towels to soothing smells and relaxation tools that just enhance the overall time with her.
