Integrative Massage

With the base of a sports massage, Denny molds the session to what your body is telling him it needs. He can add in cupping, myo-fascial, stretching & cranio-sacral, just to name a few. You are sure to leave feeling better.

I am a graduate from Carlson College of Massage Therapy February 2015.
My massage focuses on rehabilitative and integrative massage therapy. I have learned that every client teaches me something. I strive to never stop learning! Massage therapy has become one of my passions.
I have an amazing life that I share with my wife Kat and a son, Brody, who is a delightful combination of the two of us! I grew up traveling between Alaska, Colorado, Texas, and Hawaii. In 2000, I joined the U.S. ARMY and served for 8 years. Through personal adventures, I found myself in Iowa, installing carpet and working myself to death. I didn’t enjoy what I was doing. So with the support of my family, I quit the carpet installation business, focused on my relationship with myself and realized that massage therapy and coaching were my true callings. I graduated the QSCA life coaching certification program shortly after graduating massage school. Together, I feel that they make the perfect combination of healing the mind and body.

Denny is extremely knowledgeable and treats the root cause, not the symptom. For example, if your lower back is sore, your quad muscle might get the attention. Highly recommend!

As usual, I listed my ailments (foot and calf cramping), Denny found the cause, and helped to relieve my symptoms immediately! Denny also found a few areas I didn't even know needed attention. 100%, I would recommend Denny for your sports massage needs!

I am a 2002 Graduate of Carlson College of Massage Therapy. I am the CEO of two boys, my husband & business partner Denny (whom is also a LMT) and my little guy, Brody, who is every bit of best of both of us! I am an assistant teacher at my alma mater, Carlson and am the Office Manager & trainer at G5 Fitness. I love the flexibility that all of these jobs give me but at the same time, keep me busy and fulfilled!
My massage are a mix of everything that I have learned over the past 16 years. I do swedish, deep tissue, sports, hot stone, Reiki & cupping. I am always looking for the next class to further my education. I'm hoping to bring Craniosacral, Reflexology and Health Coaching to my list of goodies very soon.
