A Licensed Massage Therapist since 2007, Kimberly graduated from Lauterstein-Conway Massage School in Austin, Texas, and studied under David Lauterstein who has been inducted into the Massage Therapy Hall of Fame.

Kimberly is fascinated by anatomy and how everything in the body is connected. She enjoys learning new techniques and growing in her practice. Most of all, she loves helping people feel better and has seen first-hand the powerful impact massage can have on a person.

Some of the benefits Kimberly’s clients have enjoyed are:

  • Reduced stress (the power of which should not be underestimated in improving health)

  • Improved blood flow to the tissues which allows for better ease of movement

  • Lessened chronic pain by correcting postural imbalances

  • Becoming more connected with and learning to appreciate their bodies

Kimberly is also experienced in supporting women through their pregnancy and postpartum journeys. Her background as a doula, combined with her certification in Pregnancy and Postpartum Massage Therapy, allows her to bring a deep understanding and compassion to her work.

At your first appointment, you and Kimberly will discuss your goals for the session. Do you have specific areas of pain that need to be addressed, either from injury or postural issues? Do you have stress in your life that’s showing up in your body? Do you just need an hour to yourself to relax and receive care?

Kimberly will use her years of experience to personalize a session just for you. Her space is beautiful and calming. You will feel safe, respected, and cared for and will leave relaxed and feeling better.

Kimberly is a native Austinite and a graduate of UT (Hook ‘em!), and though this is home, she loves to escape to the mountains in the summertime. She loves Willie Nelson and breakfast tacos. She’s an artist, focusing on oil painting and watercolor. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her husband Sam, their daughter Ada and son David, along with their pups– Willie, the Beagle and Chandler, the Black Lab.

I can't praise Kim enough! I've been getting massage therapy for years. Decades, even, and this was by far the best experience. She is so very talented and professional. I instantly felt better. She knew exactly where to focus, my multiple physical issues were taken into account & my chronic headache was gone when I left. I felt relaxed & my sore aching muscles felt immensely better. Days later, I am still feeling the benefits. I'm also very ticklish, but she did not trigger me at all which is impressive in itself!!! I highly recommend Kim Myrick.
