I visited Carey on recommendation and she was very attentive and learned what my problems were and was able to help me through the problems. I never had cupping therapy before so it was very interesting to me. I still am not sure if it helped me but it certainly didn't hurt me either. It was good experience. The massage part was excellent. I think the next time, I may skip the cupping and stick with the massage. Cary really had good hands and really could dig into my lower back. She also sensed correctly, that I had a problem with my neck. I did not tell her this ahead of time. She worked on this part as well and It helped.

For more than ten years, I've been dealing with pain and edema following a botched elbow surgery In my introduction to Carey, I joked that I had tried "everything short of voodoo". Well, I hadn't tried Carey! Using a combination of massage and cupping, she's been able to greatly reduce my inflammation and my level of pain. I was very impresses with the overall appointment. I was hoping (maybe unrealistically) that one massage would make my pain go away and that didn't happen. So I will try to see if I can get another massage and improve the problem. I was very pleased that Carey seemed to be certain that my pain was related to my sciatic nerve and not an unknown medical problem.

Carey gives a serious sports massage. Every other place I've been is disappointing - they never dig deep or really feel like they're loosening anything up. Carey goes hard when she needs to though, it's great!

Carey's new in-home massage room is great! If you didn't drive into her residential neighborhood and enter her home, you would never know that the massage room was in her home. Carey always listens to what areas you want her to concentrate on and to any comments that you have during your massage. Very relaxing stress relief. My back was a knot of tense (overly) muscles & I could the "knows" coming out of my back as Carey did her treatment. Very good and I would highly recommend her. Also, her feedback on things to do to keep the muscles loose and develop some strength in them was great. More than just a massage but a total scientific experience for mind and body. This was my first massage of my life. When I walked in, I didn't know what to expect. Carey was extremely friendly, and she patiently explained the process. As a former college athlete, I've put my body through a lot over the years. The 60 minute deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed!
