About Us

Positive Energy is created for healing, stress relief and relaxation. Massage therapy and energy medicine are tools to facilitate pain and stress relief along with balancing your hormones and creating a better body awareness. I began my training in 2009 in Energy Medicine and chose to compliment my practice with Massage Therapy, receiving my massage license in 2010. These techniques are combined in a Therapeutic Bodywork session or can be separate if you choose one or the other. Aromatherapy may be combined with any session; I am a Wellness Advocate for doTerra Essential Oils and have products available for purchase also.

Everything is energy, I am a facilitator to personal healing. Using a variety of techniques to help relax your mind and body, relieve pain and reduce the effects of stress. Clinical Practitioner for Eden Energy Medicine, Aromatherapy, Myofascial Release are some of my favorite modalities.
I have taught at a massage school and supervised a state approved massage apprenticeship. I'm also an instructor for Eden Energy Medicine.
Working in Cedar City, UT gives me many rewards. I love working with local people along with tourists. The area offers incredible outdoor recreation and cultural events as well.
