Karol suggested some exercises I could do to help with back and hip pain. Of course, I was advised to check with my health care provider to ensure there were no contraindications. I've already found them helpful.
The massage was wonderful. Didn't realize how tense my muscles were until she gently worked the "kinks" out.

She definitely knows what she is doing. I like the fact that she finds out exactly what the problem is and knows what to do to relieve and discomfort. She is very knowledgeable as to what needs to get done and she will not waste your time if she feels like her skills will no longer be helpful. I have been to many places where the bottom dollar is all that matters and quality comes second. I appreciate the fact that the focus is on me and what I need as a priority.
