As a child I had a "bad ankle" that was constantly sprained or injured. In order to calm me down to have my injuries tended too, my grandmother would use massage soothing method to calm me down so that I could be "fixed". This calming and soothing of the mind and body is still very appealing to me as an adult.  I stayed home for almost 10 yrs. raising a family and came to a crossroads and decided that massage is where I wanted my life to go.  I have been happily massaging clients for 4yrs.

In 2013, I received my Massage Therapy Degree from National University of Health Sciences, Lombard, IL.   I have since attended numerous continuing education classes to further my knowledge in my field. These classes Include: Massage Ethics, Medical Massage for Technology Relief, Musculoskeletal Perspective, Massage Cupping, Repetitive use Injury Therapy (RUIT) and Total Body Stretch.

 I incorporate many different massage modalities into a session. Some of those modalities may include, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping and Deep Tissue. I determine what needs to be done to the body by listening to what the body is telling me.
