Kim and Olivia did a great job of teaching us about each type of service and then experiencing them first hand. The acoustic bio-mat, massage chair, salt booth and paraffin wax to soften our hands, were the most liked services. They both did an excellent job and I would recommend having a SPA-RTY at The Essence for your family or group of friends. This place is simply adorable! The decorations in the front window set a cozy welcoming feeling that are very reminiscent of old times. Mostly handmade decorations made and displayed with love by her mother. The store has nice gifts to purchase from local crafters, health and wellness items and even cute tshirts and sweatshirts to support our town. The timer was off even though she set it for 30 minutes, I was done in 20 and charged for 30. Her response was she knew she set the timer for 30 but start to finish chair and salt room was 35 minutes.

The massage chair was not for me. Neck legs and back felt great durring session, however when it came to doing the hips- squeezed way too tight.

I've had other salt rooms that seemed more therapeutic than this one. Sitting in there with a can full of used Kleenex and an empty box in the garbage can was gross. Made me think the whole time it wasn't cleaned before me. Also, kind of weird being in the lobby.

I really enjoyed the relaxation with no pain incurred no more than I had already with the performance of acupuncture treatment which was absolutely painless and relaxing. I do not experience the pain like I had before. I have to be extremely careful how I move to eliminate the pain but I feel much better. The location and atmosphere is extremely relaxing the employees are extremely pleasant to each other it is a great place being in Campbellsport so close to my home is extremely convenient for me to keep coming.
