About Us

I believe in the health and well-being of the body. I believe that our bodies are temples and they should be nurtured and cared for, that is why I became a Massage Therapist. I was given a gift to heal and nurture the body and that is what I practice. I am practitioner of Clinical Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy and Sports Massage. I am certified as a Reflexologist and Cupping Practitioner. I have gone through a number of continuing education courses too further my knowledge and will continue to do so in the future. I am a passionate healer and love what I do. I am very confident in the use of my abilities and the feedback I have gotten from my patients confirms that. I've had the passion and the interest too be a Massage Therapist for many years. I've always had an interest in the body and the dynamics of how it works, as well as having a passion to want to heal people, not just physically, but mentally and spiritually. I wanted something that I can wake up happy to do every morning. Something I can be proud of, something rewarding. I found that in massage therapy.
So I attended the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Syracuse, NY in September of 2013 and graduated in December of 2014, took and passed my NY State Boards Exam as of March of 2015 and am now a Licensed Massage Therapist.
I specialize and have continuing education in Deep Tissue, Orthopedic and Trigger Point Treatment Massage. I also have continuing education in Reflexology and Level 1 Cupping , making a (CR) Certified Reflexologist and (CMCP) Certified Massage Cupping Practitioner. I am always taking continuing education courses that focus on giving my patient's a better quality of life, physically and mentally.

I went to Frank today. It was my first ever massage. He explained in through detail what he was doing, and I felt comfortable with him. He explained what my problems were (they were shoulder related and posture related). He used cupping on me to be able to do deep tissue massage. The first session was good and now I'm able to stand up straight. Most likely will be going back in a month to continue therapy. I don't have the ability to compare to other therapists but so far so good with him. He is also readily available via text.

I had never had a male therapist before so I was a little nervous but Frank made me feel at ease right away. He spent a long time working on problem areas I had identified and I was impressed with the strength he was able to apply that my female therapist could not. I felt he really worked out a lot of kinks and stiffness. The result? Yes I'm sore in places but my muscles are truly relaxed and I will definitely be back. Thanks Frank!

I felt stretching and relaxation of muscles that have been locked up for months. This was a true massage with stretching and increased motion. It hurt a little, but after a couple of days it felt better. I only wish insurance would help pay for this, they won't, so it gets expensive over time.

Frank is really good at what he does. His work truly heals in a therapeutic sense. I usually get deep tissue/ integrated massages, which are different from your typical relaxation massage. They are more intense, and at times, you need to breathe through some of the strokes as they are a bit uncomfortable. However, it is so worth it. Never have I felt like a massage has done more "work"in my body. My lower back pain loosens, and i feel agile and supple for quite some time after. I highly recommend Frank's work!

Frank was very flexible in switching the type of massage. I originally signed up for a reflexology session but I was experiencing back pain. I asked Frank if it was ok to switch and he was very gracious to switch the massage room around to account for the change. Additionally, he found the trigger points and worked them out for me.
