Massage Therapy West combines the benefits of therapeutic massage, corrective exercise, and nutrition coaching for vitality and resilience. Several massage modalities are offered, including Swedish, Shiatsu, Integrated, Pregnancy, Medical, and Veteran's massage. Functional Movement Screening and Corrective Exercise and Stretching Sessions are also available. Nutrition Coaching sessions are individualized, and are compatible with a variety of diet choices from Paleo to Vegan.

Liz has been easing my chronic problem areas in my arms and leg for awhile. Especially my elbow pain (Tennis Elbow) which has gone on for years due to working with my hands during my career as an auto mechanic. The pain now is gone, and I can enjoy my hobbies again. Chiropractors and orthopedic people had no answers... but Liz reduced the pain at the first treatment, and it is improved more at each visit... She is highly trained & knowledgeable.

Liz is a true professional. She is very well trained and knows an amazing amount of details and facts in regards to treating your aches and pains. She explains why your hurting and what can be done to ease those pains. I have had chronic elbow epicondylitis for over 10 years due to over use as a mechanic. She diagnosed my condition, explained the condition to me, and how she was going to treat it. After several treatments, she improved my condition about 90 percent. I no longer need to wear elbow compression sleeves, and can do some repetitious work with little or no pain. If some slight pain comes back, she taught me some simple exercises to keep everything in check. "Message" Therapy gets a bad rap from the name. She can treat your condition, and improve your life.
