I love that she works with you if having difficulties with poses. She wants you to be comfortable while doing yoga and she give recommendation and has supplies in the studio to help. She is very professional, informative, and kind. The yoga has helped me so much with re-centering myself while my boyfriend is gone CDL driving.

She individualizes each treatment to your specific needs every time. It's not just a massage it's healing therapy me. Some visits I need more neck work and lately I've needed more lower back. I always leave feeling like my body and mind got what was needed.

Renee was very thorough without being in a rush. She also checked in at one point to see if the pain was still there and then went back over that area. Many therapists work according to their own idea of what you need. Not Renee. It's been a couple of weeks and my back and shoulder still feel much better than before. Will be going back soon.
