Zola McIntosh is the most skilled and effective massage therapist I have ever encountered, in a lifetime of arthritis pain and orthopedic surgeries. She's a good listener as well, which is the crucial tool in any caretaker's kit.

Zola was great! She listened to where I was having pain, focused on that area and it felt much looser after. She even gave me some stretches to help keep the area lose and pain-free. Would highly recommend!

The first thing i told myself i would do after getting vaccinated was book a massage therapy session for myself -- and it was so, so worth it, especially with Zola! She made me feel very comfortable, applied just the right amount of pressure, and even gave me very useful advice on how to continue loosening up some very tense muscles i had around my shoulders. I booked a 90-minute session but i was so relaxed that it felt like 15. I definitely highly recommend seeing Zola for whatever you need when you're thinking of getting massage therapy.

This was the best massage I have ever gotten in my life. I have had plenty of massages. Zola has the magic touch. She was in tune with my issues and provided much relief to my problem areas. Her hands are soft as a baby but strong and firm and they were so warm. I was very satisfied with my massage and look forward to returning.

I couldn’t have asked for a better massage. I could’ve stayed all day. I’ve never had a prenatal massage and wasn’t sure what to expect, she made me feel comfortable and answers any questions I had. I even learned how to properly align my spine at home. My back never felt better and I can’t wait to go back.
