About Us

As a licensed massage therapist with over 18 years of experience, I've worked along side of Chiropractors. Clients with specific needs using therapeutic techniques such as: deep tissue massage to ease muscle tension and decrease pain, trigger point release to soften nodules so the muscle tissue can move in its full range of motion and stretching techniques for more flexibility to maintain a healthy joint mobility.

I've also worked in a spa setting for a more relaxation experience by applying Swedish massage techniques to increase levels of oxygen in the blood and improve circulation and flexibility.

I have an Associates degree in Occupational studies

My dream job was to become a doctor but I settled for massage therapy after learning I could still help people without causing pain. I was inspired as a teenager when i would massage a friend who had pain in his legs from being born with club feet. I didn't know it then but that's when my passion for massage grew.
