Jen grew up in Wyoming and found her home in Colorado 5 years ago. She spends most of her spare time with friends and her family. Jen became a Usui Reiki Master 6 years ago while in pursuit of her own health and wellness and has learned many other energy work modalities as well. Jen was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and most importantly she helped release a lot of the very intense tension in my neck that caused a 3 day headache. At the end of my massage, I immediately schedule another appointment with her in 2 weeks. I absolutely recommend Jen!

Comfortable environment, especially having it be my first massage. Jen was very professional & it was evident that she loves what she does. When the massage was over, she provided me with a few stretches to work on going forward. Definitely would highly recommend Jen to anyone.
