I have been an AOBTA certified Zen Shiatsu practitioner since 2004.Zen Shiatsu is a unique Asian Bodywork System that combines an understanding of the traditional Chinese energetic anatomy with an appreciation of the psych-emotional influences which can produce and perpetuate tension and keep us from living with ease.
It is my belief that our bodies want to be as healthy as possible, and we already possess the inate wisdom to achieve that best possible level of well being. My job is to help relieve tension and pain where I can so that my clients' energy can move without restriction and so find its own balance.

David Knight from Shiatsu Shokunin is a consummate professional. At the session he discussed with me my issues and then is quickly able to diagnose the problem and what the best way to proceed is. The treatment itself is very gentle but powerful. I felt very relaxed after the session which lasts for many days after. I have had many types of massage over the years and found that Davids Shiatsu method works the best for me. I highly recommend David for those who are seeing relief from physical, mental and emotional issues.
