Welcome! I invite you in for a massage that will dissolving tension, reduce stress, and honor where you're at on your journey. It’s important to be mindful, no two bodies are the same and from day to day our bodies are constantly changing, so wherever you're at, “It’s OK!” You're not any healthier because you're loose nor are you “A MESS” because you say you can “handle the pain.” Massage is about feeling sensation, by working the edge we enlivening the body while relaxing the mind.

I’m Joseph Chenevert. I have been assisting my clients with chronic and acute pain for over 9 years.  By working with you, I provide a client based therapeutic massage sessions, addressing myoskeletal pains and to help the body achieve a better state of balance. I specializes in both lower and upper back along with hip and glute work.  I can do a medium, firm and deep pressure.

But I had some time to think about it and figured, "You can’t knock it til you Rock it." Needless to say what happened after that. ;-)

I have a passion for helping others and  I am constantly amazed by the healing effects massage has on others. One of the most powerful things I realized during school was how malnourished I was with physical touch. I have also come to realized that I bring a wonderfully relaxing massage along with the ability to bring relief from everyday and prolonged physical stress. My combination of soothing strokes with pauses of Deep pressure techniques will leave you feeling like new.

I liked that Joseph explained what to expect and how to adjust the loop to minimize intensity. He made sure any of our technology possessions were safe during the treatment. The areas I worked on felt better today and i was able to walk quite well without any knee agitation. GREAT!

I loved it. I can't believe how much better I feel all over. I will not hesitate to do this same type of massage and sooner rather than later. I had a horrible fall on ice a year ago and Joseph was able to help tremendously. I am going back in a few weeks if he can fit me in. I highly recommend Joseph Chenevert.

Joseph is truly a master of his skill. He was very attentive and made me feel very comfortable. He has a very intuitive touch and was able to find all my problem areas right away. When I went in I had a lot of tightness and pain in my neck and shoulders and forearms and he was able to figure out which muscles were causing the problem and help to loosen them up. I felt great afterward and would recommend him to anyone who has specific areas that needs. I really felt a difference by the end of the massage.
