Laura moved to Brookings from Indiana
in December of 2015 with her husband and two children. Her husband is a Systems
Librarian at SDSU and her children attend Dakota Prairie and Camelot schools.
In Indiana, Laura owned a Massage Therapy
and Yoga business where she practiced Massage and Yoga for the community for
over fifteen years.
Now Laura is proud to be part of
the elite team at Prairie Soul Studios where she teaches Group Classes and offers
individual Yoga Sessions and Thai Yoga Massage...

Laura has been a licensed Massage Therapist
since 2000 when she earned her associates degree in Therapeutic Massage. She has extensive
training and experience in Thai Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Deep Tissue
Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Craniosacral Therapy.
In addition to her Massage
training, Laura is a Registered Yoga Instructor, earning her certification in
2002 and has completed many extra yoga trainings over the years including;
Pregnancy Yoga, Seniors Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Ayurvedic Medicine, Meditation/
Mindfulness, Yoga for Strength, and Restorative Yoga.

My education and experience over
the past seventeen years have given me a unique outlook on health and how the
