My background includes work in clinical settings, luxury spa environments & private practice. I specializes in energy healing, therapeutic massage, holistic skincare and herbal therapies.

My training & experience includes an array of traditional bodywork & modalities rooted in many global healing traditions, including Ayurveda, Asian & Shiatsu, European, Native American, Reiki, Polarity & Healing Touch therapies. I’m am also an herbalist & teach Ayurveda and natural health professionally. 

During your appointment, we will review your health history, areas of concern and goals for the session. I then draw upon my professional knowledge & experience to work intuitively & intentionally to tailor the treatment session to address your individual therapeutic needs, &  support your healing journey.
