Simply put, I have found great joy in talking with my hands. Sometimes a person cannot articulate what their body needs to relax. If I am open I can communicate at a deeper level than just their muscles.  I have found that some of my best work is completed in a quiet state when being present is everything.  This does not mean that I don't talk at all, it just means I'm listening. When my work on the table is done,  I look at my clients face, and I notice thier face has changes shape and they leave with a soft comfortable smile. This is when I feel success in a job well done!  The muscles and soft tissue are flushed of toxins and release into the blood and lymphatic system which helps carries impurities out of the body. This deep relaxation is achieved with the combination of breath work and touch that is spiritually guided to increase the bodies normal level oxytocin ( a hormone that helps the body heal itself at a cellular level).


I have been blessed with hundreds of clients throughout the years, gratefully! Ironic as it sounds they touch me too with there trust and faith and love and sharing their life stories. I love the intimate interaction with all my clients! That is why I do what I do. I love working with all kinds of people and enjoy helping them help themselves find their peace or freedom from within their bodies. From the sick child with a headache and sore back to tweak weekend warrior, to the harried businessman left to negotiate a major deal.  Love the Mom's who rush to a massage appointment so they can take a few minutes for themselves.  My heart goes out to the persons that struggle with trauma daily, and it is a minute by minute adjustment while trying to balance expectations and new responsibilities. This is very common with a new expecting mom gets close to her due date, or the veteran who struggles with PTSD, or a young person who struggles cognitive and physical mobility after a severe auto accident.  I love helping and coaching people in the area of wellness and self-care! It is a treasure to me! Thank you for letting me tell you about my life's work and joy!

She varied technique to better treat my back pain, explained every thing she was doing. The home office ambiance is serene and welcoming. It was my first visit but Helen made me feel as if I'd been seeing her for years.
