I strive to provide a sesson of massage therapy for you that when i leave you feel like you recieved some solid bodywork that refreshes your body's tight muscles and renews your spirit with a sence of deep relaxation. My massage work incorporates several techniques inabling me to utilize different approaches making my work to be very versitile to the goals at hand. My deeper work can includes a neuromuscular approach to Trigger Point work included sidelying work and streching. i specialize in pre-natal massage. Her manner is effective while not interfering with the mood set by music and fragrance of the oils. Helen went beyond the normal parameters of Swedish massage to address my problem areas and respond to my specific needs. My husband and I were thrilled with our experience. I like the scented oils and the warm moist soothing towels afterwards, but most of all this massage was one of the most relaxing, thorough. and deep massages I've ever had! And I have had my share! I am still feeling great almost a week later!
