Kat is one of the best massage therapists around. She is constantly making efforts to improve her skills, knowledge and intuition. I always feel incredibly taken care of and listened to. Her space is so beautiful and has such a great vibe, you can tell she really cares and has went above and beyond to make her clients feel comfortable. I was able to reach a deep, trance like state during out last session and left feeling relaxed and centered in a way that has been hard for me to access lately. I really can't say enough good things about Kat and her healing powers. I'm so lucky and grateful to be able to see her and receive her gifts.

WOW! I felt like a new person after getting a massage from Kat. I've had a lot of massage and she clearly knows what she's doing and did some awesome, targeted deep tissue work in areas where I have chronic pain and areas that seemingly never get quite enough therapy. She has great energy, her studio is beautiful, and there were so many wonderful touches like singing bowls, sweet dogs, and cranio-sacral. :)

Kat has such strength in her hands, and she's so congenial, uses few but caring terms, asks how I'm doing, and to please let her know if anything hurts. I would like her to have fresh spring water, which is all I drink.

I came to Kat asking for deep work on my back and neck - not a relaxing massage. I knew she would work magic on me, but what I was not expecting was the way she worked. While one hand or arm was working on me, pushing me to breathe through the maximum threshold of deep tissue work that I could tolerate, the other hand held on to my arm, or back, in a way that was utterly, deeply reassuring. It was as though she could feel exactly what I was feeling and knew that I would need both the deep work and the reassuring touch to allow healing. It was a unique experience. I can not more highly recommend Kat and K'intu Wellness for any of your bodywork needs.

Kat is an absolute goddess!! I felt so held and nurtured in her presence and hands. The massage (or more appropriately put, integrative healing session :)) was comprehensive and compassionate - Kats anatomical awareness and capacity to work out kinks, knots, and tension, combined with her intuitive insight and nurturing nature, lent itself for a balanced healing - leaving me feeling anatomically and spiritually balanced!
I came in to the office (which is so consciously curated!! And thoroughly cleansed, cleared, and steeped with good juju) stressed with nervous system disruption, low back pain and limiting neck and shoulder stiffness; and left with greater mobility, tremendous pain relief...not to mention, my nervous system felt calm and relaxed for the first time in weeks!
