Licensed and Registered Massage Therapist of 18 years.
The foundation of my bodywork is nervous system regulation to release pain, stress and anxiety. Weaving together traditional massage modalities (Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy), Biodynamic Craniosacral, Alchemical Alignment, NADA Acudetox, Tui Na Acupressure and somatic therapies for deep embodied healing and nervous system restoration. This is healing work that supports the body as a whole, holistic system, resulting in a renewed, centered and embodied ease that continues long after our session.

Selina is very skilled and competent, having been a massage therapist for around 20 yrs. now. She's always learning more modalities to incorporate into her practice. Her spirituality and kindness towards others is so welcoming, which roots her in her healing work. She's one of the nicest people I've ever met. Thanks to her skills, I'm a moving, functional person, even after all the abuse my old body has been subjected to (car accident, sports, moving house many times, general stress, etc.). I thank the universe after every treatment I get!

Selina is absolutely amazing. Knows exactly how to treat any issues you may have. It is such a relaxing experience—her demeanor is so calm and gentle. She really listens and asks about any issues you may be experiencing. I recently had a cupping and a hot stone massage from her. I have had massages from her for the past 10 years, starting when she was in Niwot where I lived at the time. Now she is in Boulder and I’m in east Longmont, but, it is so worth the 45 minute drive for a massage from her! She is the best!
